On this beautiful Christmas day, we thank You for the amazing gift of Jesus.

Overnight Turkey Recipe:

1. big roasting pan

2. bed of yellow onions & carrots

3. stuff turkey with cut oranges dipped in thyme & rosemary

4. tie legs together

5. add 4 cups water to pan

6. add lots of butter, “all seasoning”, & salt to outside of turkey

7. cover entire pan with aluminum foil

8. cook at 200 degrees for 8-10 hours (until 160 degrees at turkey breast)

9. cook at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes until skin is browned & crispy
