Realtors pay huge annual fees to access the same data that we are sharing with you for free. Besides accurate, current data – our tool also lets you “search nearby”, which works with the GPS on your phone to find nearby properties according to the criteria you specify.

Another tool that we are using to help serve both our non-local clients AND our extremely busy clients is SKYPE. Moving to Florida from overseas? Too busy to view the current inventory?
